Changes in Croatia

  • The periodic fee for marketing EEA UCITS has been set at EUR 1,500.
  • For additional sub-funds, the fee will be EUR 390 for the second and each subsequent sub-fund.

Positive Developments in Czechia

In a welcome move, the Czech regulator has eliminated both notification and periodic fees for foreign UCITS and EEA AIFs starting in 2025, significantly reducing the financial burden on fund managers.

Revised Fee Structure in Finland

  • No registration fees will be charged for marketing UCITS from January 2025.
  • Annual fees for AIFs marketed under Article 32 AIFMD will increase to EUR 1,320 per AIF.
  • For third-country AIFs under Article 42 AIFMD, the fees will rise to EUR 3,050 per AIF.
