This integration will allow users to:

  • Cross-post WhatsApp Statuses: Easily share your WhatsApp Status as Stories on Instagram and Facebook, eliminating the need for multiple posts.
  • Single Sign-On: Log into various apps using one account, making it simpler to navigate between platforms.

Privacy Remains a Priority

It’s important to note that adding your WhatsApp account to the Accounts Center is optional and is turned off by default. Furthermore, Meta assures users that their WhatsApp messages and calls will continue to be end-to-end encrypted even if they choose to connect their account.
