We are assembling a dynamic lineup of industry leaders to facilitate engaging breakout sessions and roundtable discussions, focusing on the essential topics that resonate with startup founders and entrepreneurs.

Do you have valuable knowledge to share? Apply now to present at Disrupt 2025 before the application deadline on May 16.

Choose Your Topic and Format

When submitting your application, you can select one or both of the following formats:

  • Breakout Session: A 30-minute presentation featuring up to four presenters (including a moderator), followed by a 20-minute Q&A session. This format allows for engaging discussions with up to 100 attendees. Visual aids and limited AV capabilities are permitted, and each presenter will host one breakout session at Disrupt.
  • Roundtable Discussion: Two speakers will lead a 30-minute interactive discussion for up to 40 attendees. This format emphasizes organic conversation without presentations or AV requirements. You may have the chance to host this roundtable twice during Disrupt.

All applications will be reviewed by TechCrunch, and finalists will enter the Audience Choice voting round. Topics, descriptions, and speaker information will be published online, allowing TechCrunch readers to vote for their favorites. The winning sessions will be featured live at Disrupt 2025!
