Duetti Secures $200 Million in Debt Funding

Leading the week was Duetti, a music FinTech platform that successfully raised $200 million in debt funding. This investment will enable the company to enhance its offerings for independent music creators, including new royalty and publishing catalogue services.

Duetti’s funding was secured through two credit facilities: a $150 million facility led by Truist Securities Inc. and a $50 million side facility from Viola Credit.

Quantexa Raises $175 Million in Series F Round

Quantexa, an AI-driven decision intelligence provider, closed a $175 million Series F funding round. The investment was led by Teachers’ Venture Growth, with support from existing investors such as British Patient Capital.

This funding round values Quantexa at $2.6 billion.
